We are aware that dogs need a proper diet to stay healthy. Things can slip out of hand if your dog’s diet isn’t proper. They can end up having many diseases, including obesity and that’s what happened with Misha.
There’s a video that went viral on the internet where we can see a dog struggling to get out of the car. This dog is named Misha, who has been overweight and couldn’t even move because of excess weight.
Misha is now an overweight dog with a weight of 144 pounds, but you must be wondering how it happened. Well, this poor soul was once fit and active.
Misha was Once a Fit Dog
This husky hound became gigantic when his role changed and he started eating scrappy food. Well, actually, Misha was a guard dog at a parking garage in Bryansk, Russia.
Back then Misha was pretty healthy and weighed around 55 pounds but his happy days were not for long when his owners abandoned him.

He was left alone but there were two kind-hearted ladies who would toss him scraps of food over the fence.
There is no doubt that these women were trying to help this poor soul but it soon turned out to be harmful for Misha and he started growing like a balloon and gained 144 pounds.
Rescuers Stepped In
Sadly, Misha couldn’t stay at the parking garage doing his job because a new owner came to his replacement and he had to leave.
However, he has become gigantic and couldn’t move on his own. That’s when the rescuers stepped in and transferred this big buddy to a rehab center.
In rehab, Misha would get proper care and treatment, which would help him lose weight and regain his fit personality.
However, when Misha reached the rehab center in a car, we could see a video where he was struggling to get out of the car due to his overweight.
Misha is in Good Hands
With the help of handlers, Misha could get out of the car. Thankfully, Misha is now in a better place at the residence in Bryansk, where he is getting proper care.
The diet, checkups, and every medicine required are given to this furry buddy by the volunteers.
He hasn’t lost much weight yet but it’s a work in progress. It wasn’t easy for him as he was struggling to get proper sleep and has diabetes and to worsen the situation, he has lost his appetite.
But on the brighter side, Misha is now moving better than ever. He loves and never misses his walks with his new caretakers and volunteers.
The rescuers are doing their best to bring Misha back to a healthy life and hopefully soon he will be recovered.
