Puppy Rescued from the Rain Finds Love and Safety

The dog rescue organization Paw Squadron is doing a really good job as far as rescuing stray puppies and dogs is concerned.

It has saved and changed the lives of numerous furry babies, and they have our full respect. And so here we are with another story of the noble endeavors of this group.

On a rainy day, the team received a notification about a small abandoned puppy roaming around in the bushes on the sidewalk.

Upon receiving the news, the vet from the group promptly set off in his car. When he spotted the puppy, it was hiding in the nooks of a brick wall, peeping out in a nervous manner.

When the vet went closer, it poked the head out in a hesitant manner. But when he reached out his hand and stroked the baby, it seemed to calm down.

A New Beginning

After that, the puppy was picked up and put in the car, where it was wrapped up in a towel to keep it warm. The vet drove to his office, where it first underwent a body scan. Okay, so it’s a male puppy— a boy!

A few medicines followed, and a while later, the pup seemed to be injected with a new life. Bolder and livelier than what it was a few seconds ago, he began running around in the office, exploring its corners.

When the business at the office was done, the pup was taken to the shelter, where it was given food and water. The pup seemed really thirsty, so it lapped up all the water quite eagerly.

A plate of steaming hot food followed, and little brother wolfed that down. Once he was happy and content, it was time for a hot bath.

Fed, bathed, and dried— he now wanted to play around for some time before closing his eyes and going off to sleep. He looked lovely, being himself and frolicking around with the toys in the safe walls of the rescue center.

Tucked In for the Night

Looking at him, one could hardly tell that he had been so frightened and timid just a few hours ago.

Soon, it was time for sleep. The vet tucked him in his bed and gave him some cuddles which helped him dive fast into the world of dreams.

He is currently awaiting adoption at the center. We sure hope that he finds a loving family and his ‘forever home’ soon!

And if you have a name for him, then you can suggest it in the comment section of the group’s YouTube channel.
